Nous n&rsquo;employons aucun salari&eacute;. 95% des dons collect&eacute;s sont directement utilis&eacute;s pour le mieux-&ecirc;tre et le d&eacute;veloppement des enfants parrain&eacute;s. Les frais administratifs sont plafonn&eacute;s &agrave; 5% et servent &agrave; la fois au bureau de Johannesburg et aux associations communautaires.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Le partenariat avec les associations communautaires est contr&ocirc;l&eacute; de fa&ccedil;on tr&egrave;s stricte, gr&acirc;ce &agrave; des rapports d&rsquo;activit&eacute; et financiers mensuels et annuels ainsi que des visites de terrain.
